We have taken the decision to be an AMALGAM FREE practice in that we do not place amalgam, we also will not recommend removal and replacement unless deemed necessary clinically or patient driven. The vast majority of our fillings are done in composite resin which is the strongest directly placed tooth coloured material, however we do utilises other materials when needed including glass ionomer cement and resin modified glass ionomer cement.
