Regular examinations are part of a good oral health regime to ensure that if any issues are arising they can be dealt with in a timely manner and allow reinforcement of good oral hygiene. The examination consists of clinically checking the teeth and soft tissues in and around the mouth and sometimes involves taking xrays, often 2 will be taken inside the mouth and 1 outside the mouth, these will allow assessment of not only the clinically visible situation but also allows us to see deep into the teeth, jaws, and sinuses to get a complete picture of your personal situation.
